How It Works

1. Please upload any photos you have of colour, theme, mood board, or the guest of honour if you would like them illustrating. Please fill out the personalisation box with their name, the occasion, colours, theme (if there is one), event title and anything else you would or would not like. 
2. Our team will review your order and all the details you gave us and we will send you a proof to the email you leave when you order, within 4 days of receiving your order and specifications. You will then have the opportunity to make one round of small changes to your design. 
3. Once your design is approved, we will then send your order to print and will be dispatched within a week from the approved proof. 

Due to the nature of this product, we cannot accept or allow any refunds returns.
